Rule 28-305-1.4 - Reporting Improper ActivitiesIf any employee believes that he or she or any other employee has been subjected to any of the following, it is very important that they report it immediately, orally or in writing, to their supervisor, the Human Resources Officer, or the Executive Director:
A. Improper political influence or coercion;B. Any attempt to instruct, direct, influence, or coerce any employee to do anything that would be illegal, unethical, or against MSPA policy;C. Any discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, or disability or any other protected characteristic. This includes sexual and racial harassment, whether by words or action. 28 Miss. Code. R. § 305-1.4
