Rule 28-301-10.2 - DefinitionsFor purposes of this procedure, the following definitions apply:
A.Rule. "Rule" shall have the same meaning as that term is defined in Mississippi Code Annotated § 25-43-1.102(i), as the same may be amended from time to time.B.Rule-making. "Rule-making" shall have the same meaning as that term is defined in Mississippi Code Annotated § 25-43-10102(j), as the same may be amended from time to time.28 Miss. Code. R. 301-10.2
