All amounts of Compensation deferred under the Plan shall be transferred by the Employers to the Trust following the effective date of the deferral under Section 2.4. Compensation deferred under the Plan shall be transferred by the Employer to the Plan no later than seven (7) business days after the effective date of the deferral.
