The information contained in this Handbook is not intended to and does not grant to any State employee any additional rights or privileges of employment not otherwise expressly provided in State or Federal law. The rules of the Mississippi State Personnel Board are periodically revised. The Mississippi State Employee Handbook is available on the Mississippi State Personnel Board website at http://www.mspb.ms.gov.
