Section 27-110-7.1.1 - Training Needs

The MSPB Executive Director shall assess the workforce development needs of the state service and take necessary steps to meet those needs consistent with funding and resources. An appointing authority shall respond to the workforce development needs assessments sent by the MSPB Training and Development staff to the agencies.
