Section 27-110-6.3.6 - Agency ReorganizationAgency requests for reorganization shall be accomplished:
A. In accordance with the provisions of MSPB rules, regulations and procedures;B. According to authorization of positions in appropriation acts or budgetary escalations;C. In accordance with current fiscal policy and legislative intent; andD. Through submission of a detailed letter of compelling justification from the agency director to the MSPB Executive Director. Attachments to this letter shall include:1. Current and proposed organizational charts;2. All required documentation for requested downward, lateral, and upward title changes, if applicable (See Section 5.3);3. All required documentation for any requested new role summaries (See Section 5.1.2); and/or27 Miss. Code. R. 110-6.3.6
