The Executive Director of the Department of Finance and Administration has authority to set the salaries of all licensed jet pilots and aircraft maintenance director assigned to the Office of Air Transportation within the salary range set by MSPB. Such pilots are not eligible for Pilot's Pay Additional Compensation. Further, all licensed jet pilots assigned to the Office of Air Transportation Services shall serve at the will and pleasure of the Executive Director of the Department of Finance and Administration.
