Section 27-110-5.5.1 - Promotions

Promotions may be made in one (1) of three (3) ways subject to approval of the Director of the Office of Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment:

A. Agency-only competitive;

B. Agency-only non-competitive; and

C. State service competitive. See also Chapter 4.
