Section 27-110-4.2.2 - When Applications Shall Be FiledA. The MSPB Executive Director may establish procedures, which allow the following employees and/or applicants to file applications for Promotional Opportunities: 1. current employees with at least six (6) months of continuous service;2. persons who were terminated from the state service due to a Reduction-in-Force (RIF) within the last twelve (12) months; and3. former employees who left the state service in good standing within the past twelve (12) months, and who have completed at least six (6) months of continuous employment.B. Applicants not meeting the criteria for the above must file an application during a period when the job classification is listed on MSPB's Job Opportunities List.C.
