Individuals or referrals requesting a review of actions of the Office of Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment shall make a written request to the Director of the Office of Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment. Such written request shall stipulate the reason the review is requested and shall contain documentation supporting the applicant's position.
Should the decision of the Director of the Office of Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment not prove satisfactory to the applicant, the applicant shall make a written request to the MSPB Executive Director for review of the action.
