MSPB will provide information and assistance to state agencies and applicants. These services may include, but are not limited to, recruitment efforts; the processing of applications; and counseling/assistance regarding the evaluation and selection processes. The services provided to applicants may include, but are not limited to, assistance with the application process, career counseling, and assistance with the substitution review process.
