Section 27-1-5-201 - APPEAL AND REVIEW OF PERSONAL SERVICE CONTRACT REVIEW BOARD DECISIONS(a)Appeal. Any person receiving an adverse decision, the State, or both may appeal from a decision by the PSCRB to the designated court or courts of the State. (b)Authorization of Appeal by the State.
