Section 27-1-3-201 - METHOD OF SOURCE SELECTION

Unless otherwise authorized by law, all Mississippi contracts for professional and personal services shall be procured using one of the following methods:

(a) Section 3-202, Competitive Sealed Bidding;

(b) Section 3-203, Competitive Sealed Proposals;

(c) Section 3-204, Small Purchases;

(d) Section 3-205, Sole-Source Procurement; or,

(e) Section 3-206, Emergency Procurement.
