Rule 25-103-3.2 - Scope of Declaratory Opinions

The State Veterans Affairs Board will issue declaratory opinions regarding the applicability to specified facts of:

A. a statute administered or enforceable by the Board.

B. a rule promulgated by the Board, or

C. an order issued by the Board.
