Section 24-8-8-4 - SanctionsThe Review Board may impose any of the following sanctions, singly or in combination, when it finds that a Participant/Licensee is guilty of any of the offenses referred to in Chapter 8, Section 1, p. 30:
A. Issuance of a letter of official reprimand to the Participant/Licensee;B. Refusal to renew a certificate;C. Restriction or limitation of the individual's scope of practice;D. Suspension of the certificate, for any period of time;E. Revocation of the certificate;F. Approval of the individual's request for surrender of professional credential; or,G. Imposition of a monetary penalty of not more than $1,000.00.24 Miss. Code. R. § 8-8-4
