Section 24-8-6-3 - Examination FeesA. Each Participant shall sit for six (6) written examinations as indicated in Chapter 3, Section 5, A., (2) and B., pp. 10-11. Registration for each examination includes receipt of the $15.00 fee per examination. Registration, including the Examination Fee, should be received by the Division at least 10 days prior to the date of the examination.
B. An individual repeating an examination must pay the required Reexamination Fee of $15.00 per examination.C. Upon twice failing an examination, an individual is required to submit and implement a plan for remedial study. Upon completion of the approved study plan, an individual may sit for the examination a maximum of two more times, including payment of the $15.00 Reexamination Fee per examination.D. If the Participant fails to appear for a scheduled examination or reexamination, fees paid shall be forfeited.24 Miss. Code. R. § 8-6-3
