Chapter 9 - Quality AssuranceA. Agency providers must put in place quality management strategies that at a minimum: 1. Allow for the collection of performance measures as required by DMH;2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the oversight of collection and reporting of DMH required performance measures, analysis of serious incidents, periodic analysis of DMH required client level data collection, review of agency provider-wide Recovery and Resiliency Activities and oversight for the development and implementation of DMH required plans of compliance;3. Collect demographic data to monitor and evaluate cultural competency and the need for limited English proficiency services; and,4. IDD Agency Providers see Rule 16.5.C. Miss.
