Rule 24-2-49.6 - DUI ConvictionsA. Agency providers must determine and document, at intake, if the person has been convicted of more than one (1) DUI that has resulted in a suspended driver's license. If so, the agency provider must explain the DUI assessment and treatment process to the person and determine if he/she is interested in participating.B.
