Rule 24-2-54.33 - CCBHC Quality MeasuresA. CCBHCs are required to report on quality measures. Data specifications are provided by DMH.B. The required Quality Measures for CCBHC Clinics are as follows:1. Adult Maior Depressive Disorder: Suicide Risk Assessment (SRA) (SRA-C).2. CAHMI: Follow-up for children at risk for delays: proportion of children who were determined to be at significant risk for development, behavioral, or social delays who received some level of follow-up care.3. Child and Adolescent Major Depressive Disorder (MOD): Suicide Risk Assessment (SRA) (SRA-A).4. Depression Remission at Six Months (DEP-REM-6).5. MEASURE DEV-CH: DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENING IN THE FIRST THREE YEARS OF LIFE.(a) Percentage of children screened for risk of developmental, behavioral, and social delays using a standardized screening tool in the 12 months preceding or on their first, second, or third birthday.(b) Data Collection Method: Administrative or Hybrid.6. Prenatal and Postpartum Care: The percentage of deliveries in which members were screened for clinical depression using a standardized instrument during the postpartum period. Follow-Up on Positive Screen: The percentage of deliveries in which members received follow-up care within 30 days of a positive depression screen finding.7. Preventive Care and Screening: Tobacco Use: Screening and Cessation Intervention (TSC).8. Screening for Clinical Depression and Follow-Up Plan (CF-CH and CDF-AD).9. Weight Assessment and Counseling for Nutrition and Physical Activity for children/adolescents (WCC-CH).10.
