Rule 24-2-16.4 - Service Location PostingsA. Service rules (if applicable) for any service/service location must be posted in a location highly visible to the people served and/or made readily available to those people. (Exception: IDD Services).B. IDD Services must use person-centered practices and not impede on rights of people. Policies and procedures should be readily available to the people being supported.C. For day service locations of all types, emergency contact number(s) must be posted. Service postings in community living settings should not conflict with the efforts to provide a home-like environment for the people living in the setting.D. For day service locations of all types, community living services of all types, and Crisis Residential Units, the following contact information should be kept securely at the service location and available to all employees:1. Family member(s)/legal representative(s) or other contacts (if appropriate and consent is on file).2. Targeted Case Manager, Community Support Specialist, Therapist, and/or Support Coordinator for people (if applicable).
