Rule 23-104-7.58 - Programs for Older AmericansA. These programs are defined as follows:1. The Federal Government through the Administration on Aging is involved in a variety of programs for older Americans. State or local governments or community organizations may operate the programs.B. Payments from these programs are treated as follows: 1. A wage or salary paid under Programs for Older Americans is counted as earned income subject to the general policies regarding earned income.2.
