Rule 23-102-6.21 - Benefits Exempt from Utilization Provision

A. The client is not required to apply for the following types of benefits:

1. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

2. General Public Assistance, including SSI

3. Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance

4. Victim's Compensation payments

5. Other Federal, state, local or private programs with payments based on need

6. Earned Income Tax Credits
