Rule 23-102-3.6 - Verification/Documentation Of Qualified Alien Status

A. The Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) process is used to verify:

1. The authenticity of the aliens USCIS documents,

2. The date of the aliens admission to the U.S. and

3. The current immigration status of the alien.
