Rule 23-102-1.7 - Specific Residency ProhibitionsA. An individual cannot be denied Medicaid based on residency for the following reasons: 1. The individual has not resided in MS for a specified period of time. There is no durational requirement for residency.2. The individual is temporarily absent from MS and intends to return when the purpose of the absence has been accomplished.
