Applications received from persons residing in another state will be denied and notice mailed to explain that the applicants will need to reapply upon arrival in MS with intent to reside.B. Persons who are in MS for a temporary purpose, such as a visit, who intend to return to their home out of state are not eligible for Mississippi Medicaid or CHIP.C.
