Rule 23-208-1.4 - Freedom of ChoiceA. Persons enrolled in a Medicaid Waiver have the right to freedom of choice of Medicaid providers for Medicaid covered services. [Refer to Miss. Admin. Code Part 200, Rule 3.6] B. Each person found eligible for the Elderly and Disabled (E&D) Waiver must be given free choice of all qualified providers.C. The person and/or guardian or legal representative must be informed of setting options based on the person's needs and preferences, including non-disability specific settings. The setting options must be selected by the person and identified and documented in the plan of services and supports (PSS).23 Miss. Code. R. 208-1.4
