The Department must publish notice of a date by which written objections to any application must be filed.
101.01 Publication must be no later than sixty (60) days from the receipt of a completed application.101.02 Notice must be published once a week for at least three (3) consecutive weeks in at least one (1) newspaper of general circulation in the county of the affected wetlands.101.03 The last publication must be made not more than seven (7) days prior to the date by which written objections must be filed.101.04 The published notice must describe the site of the proposed activity and give a description of the proposed regulated activity.22 Miss.
