Section 22-23-03-102 - COASTAL PROGRAM AGENCIES

The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources, the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality-Office of Pollution Control, the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality-Office of Land and Water Resources, and the Mississippi Department of Archives and History. These agencies have administrative responsibilities for implementing the goals of the coastal program.
