The certificate holder interfered or prevented the temporary hold or confiscation and disposal of saltwater crabs or saltwater crab products by the MDMR when the saltwater crabs or saltwater crab products were declared, in writing, an adulterated product and a public health risk or a potential public health risk by the MDMR, and the MDMR concluded that the stated foods had to be confiscated and removed from the facility/unit and properly disposed.
