Rule 22-1-11-11.7 - Relaying RecordsA. The MDMR Shellfish Bureau and each permittee must maintain adequate relaying records.B. Each record must note the quantity and type of shellfish relayed, dates of relaying, specific areas shellfish are relayed from and to, and any other required information.C. Specific harvest areas should be described using differential GPS latitude and longitude coordinates.D. In the absence of differential GPS latitude and longitude readings, an accurate map will be supplied depicting the relay source site and the specific location within the permittees' lease where the shellfish were relayed.22 Miss.
