Rule 22-1-09-9.5 - MDMR ResponsibilityA. The MDMR will issue certifications and conduct routine inspections of molluscan shellfish facilities in accordance with the most current version of the NSSP Model Ordinance.B. The MDMR will issue to certified dealers, itemized statements of compliances and non-compliances.C. For the cited excessive non-compliances, the MDMR will provide the facility manager with a schedule of corrections to bring the facilities into compliance.D. Certification will not be issued or renewed without compliance and will be considered revoked.E.
