Rule 20-201-2-2.9 - MS Works Unallowable Use of Funds The following activities are specifically prohibited for funding from MS Works Funds:
A. Project funds may not be used to pay training costs of a company that relocates the company's worksite from one community in Mississippi to another.B. MS Works Fund grants may not be used to provide the following:1. Proprietary management training packages such as: VitalEdu, AchieveGlobal, Plexus, Zig Ziglar, Phi Theta Kappa Leadership, Stephen Covey and similar packages; or2. Training for gaming enterprises, hospital systems, retail facilities or other service sector businesses.20 Miss. Code. R. 201-2-2.9
