Section 20-101-200-202.02 - Appeals by Board of Review of its Own Motion(A) Within fourteen (14) days following a decision issued by an ALJ, and in the absence of filing of a notice of appeal by any of the parties, the Board of Review, on its own motion, may order the parties to appear before it for a hearing on the claim or any issue involved.(B) Such hearing shall be held only after ten (10) days prior notice to the parties, and shall be heard in the manner prescribed for the hearing of appeals from the decision of the ALJ.20 Miss.
