Section 20-101-200-201.00 - Appeals Pending Before Administrative Law Judge and Removed to Board of Review(A) The Chairman of the Board of Review may remove to the Board of Review the proceedings on any claim pending before an ALJ.(B) Any appeal removed to the Board of Review shall be presented, heard, and decided by the Board of Review in the manner prescribed by the Law and in the preceding and following Regulations.20 Miss.
