The practice will be maintained in a workable manner so as to accomplish the original intent for which the practice was installed. The NRCS and MFC will make a 5% annual spot check for maintenance of each practice applied with cost share funds. The same procedures, forms, etc., that are used to make spot checks for other programs will be used. Each practice will remain on the list for potential spot checking for its life span as shown for the practice.
