The Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation Cost Share Program provides financial assistance to land owners and land operators implementing selected soil and water conservation practices. The program may be available to all eligible landowners and land operators. It is administered at the local level by soil and water conservation district commissioners according to rules promulgated by the Mississippi Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
