Section 2-101-2-01-103

In the interest of implementing the terms and conditions of the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983, and to prevent unnecessary disruption to the orderly operations of the various divisions, the Mississippi Board of Animal Health will accept requests for records only as provided herein.

1. All requests must be directed to:

2. All requests must be submitted in writing.

3. All requests shall be signed by the person requesting records.
