Section 2-1-4-09-117.01 - Definitionsa. "Administrative Complaint" means a written document issued to a person or business that contains allegation(s) of violation(s) of the "Weights and Measures Law of 1964" and/or the "Weights and Measures Regulations" by the person or business named therein and the notice of penalty(ies) for said violation(s).b. "Administrative hearing" means an appeal by the respondent in an administrative complaint to the Department for an evidentiary hearing on the allegations contained in said complaint.c. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce.d.
