Section 2-1-4-07-3-302.02 - Rooms and compartments :1. Rooms and compartments or receptacles used for processing products shall be separate and distinct from the unprocessed raw materials. Separate rooms shall be provided, when required, for conducting processing operations in a sanitary manner according to good commercial practice. Storage rooms and bins must be constructed and maintained so that the finished product shall not be contaminated. 2. All equipment installed for use in disposal or rendering plants shall be constructed and maintained according to recognized and approved engineering methods as to prevent any avoidable escape of odors into the air.2 Miss.
