All employees shall secure a certificate of health from a qualified health authority (County Health Department or Company Physician, etc.). Each establishment is responsible and shall keep on file evidence supporting the freedom from communicable disease of all employees. When the owner, manager, or personnel supervisor has reasonable cause to suspect that any person employed in the establishment has contacted any disease in a communicable form, or has become a carrier of such disease he shall notify the healthy authority immediately.
