Section 2-1-3-11-04-409.01 - Operators

All operators or owners engaged in soliciting horticultural and floricultural work or dealing with the public must be provided with an identification card to be obtained from the Bureau of Plant Industry. The licensee shall submit an I.D. card application provided by the Bureau.
