Section 2-1-3-11-04-406.04

A license shall automatically become invalid should the licensed operator whose name appears on the license ceases to personally supervise and be in direct charge of operations. The license shall remain invalid until some other person having been examined in accordance with these rules and regulations becomes certified as the licensed operator in his stead, except as provided for in Section 404 of this chapter.
