Section 2-1-3-09-02-206 - [Effective 1/27/2025]Applicators certified under this regulation shall keep complete and accurate records of all work performed for at least two years. Such records shall be available for examination by employees of the Bureau during reasonable business hours. Such records shall include:
1. Name and address of the person for whom the RUP is applied2. Location of the RUP application3. Size of the area treated4. Crop, commodity, stored product, or site of application5. Time and date of application6. Brand or product name of pesticide applied7. EPA registration number8. Total amount of RUP per location per application9.
