Lack of provision of an acceptable analytical method(s) for measurement of the guaranteed quantity of any active ingredient claimed on the label or labeling shall be sufficient to require deletion of all claims on labels and labeling of that active ingredient. No ingredient shall be claimed which cannot be measured by a valid analytical method.
