Section 2-1-3-05-100.01

An announcement of public hearing for promulgation of proposed rules and regulations will be made by the Commissioner and State Chemist in a newspaper of general circulation on two successive weeks at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed hearing date. This notice will be filed with the Office of the Secretary of State, along with copies of the proposed rules and regulations for mailing to interested parties requesting same.
