An agricultural liming material shall be deemed to be adulterated when it contains foreign material including but not limited to the following:
1. If it bears or contains gravel, soil, sticks, wire, nails, stones and/or metal mechanical parts.2. If it contains any material that has been declared to be unsafe for use on agricultural lands used for crop or livestock production by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, the Mississippi Department of Health, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or any other state or federal agency which may be vested with responsibility for such determinations.3. Any material or substance which lowers the RNV of the agricultural liming material.2 Miss. Code. R. 1-3-04-104
