No claim or guarantee for available phosphoric acid shall be made unless present to the extent of two percent (2%); or of nitrogen unless present to the extent of three percent (3%); of potash unless present to the extent of three percent (3%) phosphoric acid, nitrogen and potash shall be guaranteed and shown on the tag in whole numbers only.
