The Advisory Council shall be composed of scientists and experts in agronomy, horticulture, soil science, plant physiology, and other related agricultural and biochemical disciplines as needed, as recommended to the Commissioner and State Chemist by the Directors of the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station and the Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service.
