If an acceptable Affidavit of Suitability, or alternative procedure is not submitted by the feed manufacturer within 30 days of written notification, the Commissioner and State Chemist may deem the feed adulterated under Section 75-45-165(a) of the Act and order the feed removed from distribution in the State.
