The following commodities are hereby declared exempt from the definitions of commercial feed, under the provisions of Section 75-45-153(d) of the Act: Raw meat, hay, loose salt, straw, stover, silages, cobs, husks, and hulls when unground and when not mixed or intermixed with other materials: Provided that these commodities are not adulterated within the meaning of Section 75-45-165(a) of the Act.
